**** The KYB SR4103 Strut Plus Complete Corner Unit Assembly has garnered a mostly positive reception from customers who have used it on various models of the Chevy Impala. Users primarily note the significant improvement in ride quality, with many highlighting that the struts provide a great balance between firmness and comfort. Reviewers appreciate that the cars now handle better when navigating road imperfections, allowing for a smoother driving experience across various terrains, including previously troublesome speed humps and road bumps. Many customers have echoed their satisfaction with the fitment of the struts in their vehicles. They report that installation is straightforward and the struts align perfectly with their specific models, bolstering confidence in the product's compatibility. However, some users lament the height adjustment, noting that while the ride quality has improved, it often results in the vehicle sitting higher than they would prefer. Despite the praises, there are critical concerns regarding the durability of the product. Some customers reported issues with leaking and clunking noises shortly after installation, suggesting that the longevity of the struts may be unpredictable for certain users. Moreover, an unfortunate note has emerged around warranty issues, as some have found that claims were not honored due to the purchases being made through non-certified sellers. In summary, the KYB SR4103 struts offer excellent performance and transformation in ride quality for Chevy Impala owners who are seeking to enhance their vehicle's handling. However, potential buyers should be aware of the possible longevity concerns and warranty limitations. **
