Soma Weightless Shampoo (16 oz)

The Soma Weightless Shampoo has garnered a mix of appreciation and criticism from users regarding its effectiveness and formulation. Many customers praise it for being a go-to daily wash that provides a boost to fine hair without weighing it down or causing excessive dryness. Its pleasant fragrance is also a highlight, with several users describing it as fresh and light, making it a delight to use. Moreover, the product is commended for improving manageability and enhancing volume, particularly for those with limp and lifeless hair. However, this shampoo isn’t without its challenges. A notable number of users have reported issues with scalp irritation, indicative of possible formula changes. These experiences have led some customers to discontinue use entirely after facing itchy patches or greasy hair when product amounts were not meticulously controlled. Additionally, while some found it effective without the need for a conditioner, others noted a tendency for hair to feel fly-away, necessitating the use of accompanying products like a leave-in conditioner. The price point has also been mentioned; many agree that while the shampoo may be on the higher end, the quality perceived justifies the cost. Nevertheless, some users found it did not meet their expectations or work well for their specific hair types, leading to a more mixed overall reception. In conclusion, the Soma Weightless Shampoo appeals to many fine-haired users for its volume-boosting properties and enjoyable scent, yet it carries the caveat of potential irritation and variable performance depending on individual hair conditions. **
