Sarco Putty Sealants Editorial Review
The Sarco Dual Glaze Putty has garnered a positive reputation among users for its exceptional workability and adhesion properties, making it a preferred choice for window glazing. Customers have noted its versatility, easily adhering to both wood and metal surfaces without requiring primer, which enhances the compound's ability to absorb oils. This trait is particularly beneficial for those tasked with glazing windows in varied conditions, including coastal and commercial settings. Users appreciate the putty's smooth Consistency, making it simple to apply, spread, and shape—a significant advantage when addressing old glazing gaps or working on large windows. Some feedback highlighted the importance of careful timing, as the product requires time to skin over before it can be painted effectively. Despite this, the overall sentiment is that Sarco Putty strikes a great balance between ease of use and durability, leading many to rely on it across multiple glazing projects. While there have been suggestions for improved packaging—particularly a shift from a plastic to a metal can—the product itself has received high praise. Customers also noted the straightforward purchasing process and responsive customer service, enhancing their overall experience. **
