One customer mentioned allowing the epoxy to set for at least 10 minutes before applying heat for better cure as the chemical becomes very liquid. While one customer kept a distance from the heating gun, another recommends straight-on heating while using flat-faced channel locks for holding the glass in place. The product worked really well for several customers, and they find it easy to use with great adhesion properties except for the ones that broke easily after only a year. It is essential to note that there is no refund mentioned in any complaint reviewed.
