It is an all-metal, pro-level rack that takes about 45 minutes to assemble. The sheet metal grade and paint finish are of high quality. However, it does not come with shelves or fans. The cabinet can be placed on the floor and fits CANT-14 rack (shelf). The customer service is excellent, as evidenced by one customer who received a bag of threaded standoffs and screws along with an apology letter after mentioning a shortage in a previous review.
