Brey-Krause Bath & Shower Grab Bars D-7816-SS Editorial Review
The Brey-Krause 36" Stainless Steel ADA Safety Grab Bar has received a mix of praise and criticism from customers, leading to a varied reception overall. Many users have lauded the grab bar for its Construction quality and aesthetic appeal, highlighting its sturdy feel and attractive finish as major selling points. One user specifically noted its suitability for a lady's bathroom, underscoring its functionality alongside its design. However, there are notable concerns regarding the installation process, with one review pointing out the absence of screws or anchors necessary for mounting. This omission was disappointing for some customers, who felt it detracted from the overall experience. While most users found the installation straightforward, complications arose regarding installation accessories and quality assurance, particularly from a retired contractor's perspective, who criticized a poor finish that caused a black residue when cleaned. Additional feedback included frustrations with the screw covers, which did not adhere well and required modifications during installation. Some users expressed dissatisfaction with customer service experiences related to returns, further compounding their overall negative impressions. Overall, while the grab bar is well-regarded for its quality and sturdiness, issues with installation hardware and customer support may give potential buyers pause. **
