VibrantPerformance Mufflers 1149 Editorial Review
The Vibrant Performance 1149 Streetpower Black Flat Oval Muffler is making waves among car enthusiasts who desire a blend of performance, aesthetics, and sound quality in their vehicles. While initial experiences with this product can vary, especially in regard to cabin drone, a common sentiment echoes throughout reviews: perseverance pays off, and the final sound quality is worthwhile. Initially, users noted an overwhelming cabin drone upon installation, particularly in vehicles like the BMW 330ci. However, many reported a significant improvement after a few hundred miles, with the drone subsiding and the muffler delivering a rich sound characterized by delightful burbles on throttle release. Some users emphasized that keeping resonators in place effectively mitigated noise levels without compromising performance. Construction quality of the Vibrant muffler garnered Consistent praise, highlighting its stainless steel material and attractive powder coat finish. Many reviewers recommended careful installation by a skilled shop to avoid fitting issues; proper measurements are crucial to ensure compatibility with different systems. Customers looking for a slightly quieter option might want to pair the muffler with additional resonators, as some noted a more controlled exhaust noise experience. Despite being a performance-oriented product, it's noted that it's not overly aggressive or track-focused, making it suitable for daily driving without being overwhelmingly loud. In summary, the Vibrant Performance 1149 Streetpower Muffler is celebrated for its combination of quality build, evolving acoustic performance, and aesthetic appeal but may require some patience during the initial burn-in period to truly shine. **
