The Polylok Heavy Duty Trench Drain & Grate is a durable product with a male and female side that can be easily locked together with slide-in tabs and secured with screws. With four-inch PVC plastic pipe connections at the bottom, this product is suitable to handle substantial water flow, as long as the drain's pitch is in the right direction. There is a provision of ports at the bottom of the drain that can be used to connect pipes. The product doesn't have a 1/4" per ft grade. The manufacturers recommend using PL-98060-DI forklift-compatible channel and grate for heavier loads. End caps are not included with the drain, but the open caps(PL-90860-OE) and closed end caps (Pl-90860-CE) can be bought separately.
