Ben Textiles Fabric 0342341 Editorial Review
The Stretch Charmeuse Satin Champagne fabric has garnered a varied reception from customers, with many praising its quality while others express disappointment regarding specific characteristics. Most reviewers appreciate the fabric's soft feel and slight stretch which makes it suitable for various sewing projects, particularly lingerie and sleepwear. They commend its medium weight and how well it washes, maintaining a neat appearance with minimal wrinkling. However, several customers note the challenges they faced with ironing, as the fabric tends to stick to the iron, making it necessary to press rather than iron. The color received mixed feedback; while many were pleased with its appearance, there was a common mention that the shade of champagne was more yellowish or golden than anticipated. A few reviews pointed out inConsistencies in product delivery, with one customer receiving a different color than ordered, leading to frustration. One particularly negative review highlighted a claim of the fabric lacking the advertised stretch, which left that customer feeling misled. Overall, the Stretch Charmeuse Satin Champagne is largely embraced for its aesthetic and usability, especially for those creating personal garments, though potential buyers should be cautious of the ironing technique required and be aware of possible color discrepancies. **
