The 12k BTU 19 SEER MrCool Advantage Ductless Heat Pump Split System 3rd Generation - 230v is a complete kit that includes the indoor unit, outdoor unit, copper lineset with power cable, and drain tube. Customers may cut the lines to length as they are not charged. You must evacuate the lines to complete the job as the condenser unit is charged. AC service tools are needed, and the service port is a 5/16" metric flare (a conversion to 1/4" would be very helpful). The unit is very quiet running and has copper tubing, and the inverter design is wonderful. The phone App is easy to install and use. A few reviewers had issues with the unit's performance, and some of them had to call customer service. Unfortunately, some customers had negative experiences with technicians refusing to come out for warranty-covered repairs or unsatisfactory solutions. Overall, there are mixed reviews, with some customers very happy with the unit, while others had negative experiences. **
