    répondre: I am not sure the exact ounces for apple cider vinegar in each. There are 2 servings per bottle. You can make your own with Braggs ACV 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon or sweetener and 14 oz of water.

    répondre: I find that it helps to cut cravings for sweets and appetite. I feel better when internally on the days i drink one.
