It has a universal design which makes it compatible with most vehicles. However, the frame hasn't been tested on all makes and models, so the company cannot confirm if it will interfere with any other features, such as backup cameras. The BumpFrame has a thickness of a little over 1/2 inch, and it covers 1/2 inch all the way around the license plate. The frame is coated with sturdy rubber that can take a good bump, but it still touches the paint, so there's a possibility of the license plate moving and scratching the paint job behind the plate. The review states that the WeatherTech BumpFrame is not bulletproof, but it can withstand car washes pretty well.
