It appears to be running properly and has received positive feedback on its performance from several customers. However, a significant number of customers complained about receiving a damaged product. Some of them received their freezer with big dents and scratches, while others noticed a dent near the temperature dial. Despite having chosen store pick-up to avoid delivery damage, some customers still found dents in their freezers. Therefore, buying in-store would be a more reliable option if esthetics are an issue.
