The DVCS0023 does not have a compartment for outgoing mail, but the Full Service Vault model does. Copies of the keys can be made by the supplier, but getting them from a local locksmith is faster. Overall, the customers were satisfied with the dVault® Collection Vault DVCS0023. The product is sturdy and spacious enough to handle large packages.
