The 40 Carrots Vitamin Serum is a USA made, paraben and cruelty-free product that claims to hydrate, brighten, even the skin tone, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The serum contains Vitamin C, Witch Hazel, Grapefruit Extract, Carrot Seed, and Retinal (Vitamin A).
