The Lightning X Trauma & Bleeding Control Individual First Aid Kit is a solidly built and high-quality product that comes with everything one needs to respond quickly to a trauma event in the field, given enough time to get real help. Though the inclusion of a light is a nice touch, the lack of information about battery application and adapters for AA, CR123A, or other types of batteries is a significant downside, especially as the manufacturer did not reply to a customer inquiry about this. The small pouch that the kit comes with can make it difficult to jam everything in, but overall, the product is still good.
