Bostitch Framing Nailers PN50 Editorial Review
The BOSTITCH Palm Nailer, Mini Impact PN50 is a versatile and convenient tool that received mixed reviews from customers. While some users found it to be a valuable addition to their toolkit, others experienced issues with its durability and performance. One of the main advantages of the PN50 is its ability to work fast on various nail lengths and in tight spaces. Users appreciated its compact size and lightweight design, finding it comfortable to hold and use. It was particularly commended for its effectiveness in driving nails to full depth. However, durability was a concern for several customers. Some reported that the tool broke after only a few uses, while others experienced issues with air leakage. These problems detracted from the overall experience, leaving users disappointed and questioning the product's longevity. The PN50 was not recommended for certain applications, such as using it with stainless siding nails or driving 2" 16 gauge flooring cleats. The tool was deemed difficult to manage the depth of nails required for siding, and unable to drive the small-headed cleats effectively. In summary, the BOSTITCH Palm Nailer, Mini Impact PN50 has its advantages in terms of versatility and convenience. However, its durability issues and limitations for specific applications raise concerns about its reliability and overall value.
