Granite Ware Steamers F6315-4 Editorial Review
The Granite Ware 15.5 Qt Steamer has garnered a range of feedback, primarily highlighting its effectiveness and efficiency in steaming seafood and preparing large meals like soups and sauces. Many users have expressed satisfaction with the pot's performance, particularly for steaming crabs and tamales, attesting to its sturdy build and capacity. Several reviewers noted that it could accommodate multiple items—such as five dozen tamales or eight snow crabs—while still allowing for thorough cooking. Moreover, users appreciate the classic design reminiscent of traditional stock pots, which adds a touch of nostalgia. The enameled steel Construction is another plus, as it is reportedly easy to clean, providing convenience when cooking large quantities of food. However, there are minor drawbacks, such as concerns over the size for those accustomed to larger pots, with some wishing for an improvement in the design's central insert. In summary, the Granite Ware 15.5 Qt Steamer is a well-received choice for those seeking an affordable and effective cooking solution, particularly for seafood preparation. Its sturdy design and ample capacity make it a practical kitchen companion. **
