répondre: You will need a home theater receiver to power the speaker -

do i have to plug wires for all 4 connections on the back of the speaker?
répondre: No. You can just plug into one set of connections (I use the lower but it doesn't matter) and leave the metal connectors in place between the lower and upper sets. The extra connections are for bi-wiring and bi-amping. I made the mistake when I first set them up of taking off the connector and it sounded awful, so make sure you leave the connectors between the posts in place. -

répondre: Hey Nick, just checked the bottom of my speakers and it doesn't appear they're detachable. I got these around Thanksgiving 2011 and still love them, they're loud and crisp man. Highly recommend. -

Is the $325 price for one speaker or a pair as pictured?
répondre: I believe It is the Price for the pair. If you look at the individual speaker weight at 17 lbs. and compare it to the shipping weight of 71 lbs. it would almost have to be two speakers in there boxes with packing.
