The hand truck being reviewed is easy to use, glides around corners and balances the load. A few customers have expressed their satisfaction with its performance, with one stating they would replace all 12 of their standard hand trucks with this one if they could. Another customer felt that the ability to adjust the truck to the size of their load was a wonderful feature to have. The pivoting front wheels were also praised for their quality. However, one customer pointed out that the hand truck they received was missing screws needed for assembly, and though they got a replacement hand truck with the necessary screws, they were inconvenienced by the return process. Another customer thought the product would be even better with a built-in ratcheting strap and folding rear wheels.
