Instabind DIY Carpet Binding Tape - Synthetic Serge Style - Aqua, 54 LFT

**Editorial Review of Instabind Carpet Binding** Instabind Carpet Binding is an innovative solution designed for DIY enthusiasts looking to enhance their carpet and rug projects without incurring professional binding costs. Many users commend its ease of use and the professional-looking finish it provides, especially after the initial apprehension of a first-time attempt. One customer who recently refurbished their living space successfully transformed an oversized rug by trimming it down and applying Instabind, which gave the rug a polished edge reminiscent of hand-sewn craftsmanship. This product stands out for its self-adhesive backing, which assists in temporarily holding the binding in place, making the installation process manageable even for those new to fabric handling. Repeatedly praised is the versatility of Instabind—it caters not just to rugs in homes but also to practical applications in boats, as highlighted by a satisfied customer who bound carpet edges over motor hatches on their yacht. The end result, as users noted, often leads to astonishment from guests, as many would believe it to be a professionally done installation. While the application process is described as straightforward, some users note it can be time-Consuming, particularly for larger areas. A hot glue gun is recommended for securing the edges effectively, and patience is emphasized to allow the glue to bond properly before moving onto the next step of the project. Overall, users express high satisfaction with both the product and the customer service from Bond Products Inc., voicing appreciation for the guidance provided during color selection and the smooth return process. **
