Books By Hand Sewing BBHM206 Editorial Review
### The waxed linen thread offered for bookbinding has garnered a positive reception among crafters and artists alike. Users appreciate the strength and durability of the thread, with many noting that the waxing treatment enhances its longevity compared to uncoated alternatives. This aspect is especially important for those engaged in bookbinding or intricate craftwork, as it prevents deterioration over time. There are three color options included in the package: lavender, orange, and black. While most customers find the color selection appealing and well-suited for their projects, there have been discrepancies noted between the colors received and those expected based on product images. Some users received cream, brown, and black instead, which led to mixed feelings. However, those who did receive the advertised colors praised them for their muted tones, which are more subtle than depicted in photos. From an operational perspective, the thread is easy to work with; it threads smoothly through large-eyed needles, making it accessible for a variety of crafting projects beyond just bookbinding, including jewelry making and decorative gift wrapping. Nevertheless, some users reported issues like fraying and tangling during more intensive applications, though these incidents were generally described as manageable. Overall, the waxed linen thread is well-regarded for its practicality, versatility, and aesthetic appeal, making it a strong contender for any craft enthusiast's toolkit. ###
