The Flight 4-String Supernatural Series Soprano Ukulele in Acacia (DUS 440) has been reviewed positively by customers. The ukulele has a lovely deep voice that is not normally heard in a soprano-sized ukulele. The reverb is good, and the vibes can be felt throughout the length of the neck and over the entire body. The fretboard wood feels good under fingers, and it has a nice contrast with the amara. The uke requires no set-up and has good intonation. However, there were a few downsides. The bag is average, and there were issues with the inlays on the fretboard of one uke. Another uke had several cosmetic blemishes, chips by the soundhole and imperfections where top laminate met side laminate. Although the second uke was not perfect, the customer likes it enough to grab it and run from a burning building. The uke has a reduced price on Amazon although customers need to check for quality issues before getting them attached. The Flight DUS 440 comes with spalted Mango wood and projects a clear and bright tone. The only negative feedback was the sharp edges of the fretwires. The customer had to file them to make them smooth.
