The product is salon grade and quickly softens and improves manageability. Although the product has a fragrance, it dissolves quickly and isn't overpowering. On the downside, the product packaging needs improvement as some customers have reported damage and seepage. Additionally, one user found that the product was difficult to wash off their hands and made their hair feel strange, despite being marketed towards those with curly hair.
