Cascade Yarns Yarn Editorial Review
The Cascade Yarns - Fixation Splash Berry 108 has garnered a remarkably positive reception from customers, who appreciate its ease of use and vibrant colorways. Many users commend the yarn's softness and quality, highlighting its excellent stretch, which makes it particularly suitable for projects that require a snug fit, such as swimwear, socks, and headbands. Users report a satisfying knitting experience, stating that once they familiarized themselves with its properties, the yarn becomes a delight to work with. One notable aspect of this yarn is its beautiful coloration, which some customers found to be even more striking after knitting several rows. However, a few users noted that the actual color may differ slightly from what is displayed online and that the final product might not always appear as smooth as anticipated, depending on the project type. While some knitters experienced initial hesitation in adapting their tension to this yarn, many ultimately found that no significant adjustment was necessary. They recommend using specific needle types, such as stainless steel, to enhance the knitting experience due to the yarn’s stickiness. Overall, Cascade Yarns - Fixation Splash Berry 108 appears to be a well-loved choice among crafters, thanks to its stretch and comfort, particularly in applications like socks and baby hats. **
