Some customers have experienced issues with the length of the shaft, with some stating that it was only 3 1/4 inches long instead of the stated 6 inches. Additionally, the wire provided may not be strong enough to handle the load, and the "Switch" and "Ground" terminals are reportedly mislabeled. Some customers have received orders that were not what they expected, such as receiving one stainless steel and one black kit instead of two stainless steel kits. However, for those who have successfully installed the kit, it works quite well on their windshields, with one customer reporting that they "almost can't wait until it rains" to test it out.
