répondre: Only the Saturated Distortion Suite, tracks 97 and 99, are recorded at 0 dB. All others are recorded at -6 dB. -

répondre: There is a 10 second 1000 Hz sine wave in track 4, a single track including 13 announced sinusoids at octave intervals within decade intervals. There is also a separate 10 second 1016 Hz sinusoid track that can be repeated indefinitely on many players. -

répondre: Most CD players can continuously repeat a selected track. If you set the 80 Hz track to repeat, there will probably be a short silence between repetitions. -

répondre: Yes, that should be easy to determine. Play sinusoids of about 100 Hz, 1000 Hz, 4000 Hz, and 10000 Hz to exercise the woofer, midrange, tweeter, and super tweeter, respectively. With a stereo setup, each tone should appear to come from midway between the speakers if the speakers are responding identically at each frequency. For additional precision, you can use a sound recording program on your PC or a sound level meter to measure relative levels.
